Hello! My name is Christina Jensen and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR Certified Therapist, and a practitioner of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I have had many roles over the last 15 years in this field and now see myself as a Wellness Practitioner that partners with clients on a journey of self-exploration and honors through witnessing.

I work with individuals dealing with a wide range of issues. I help people better understand themselves, their relationships, and their experiences so they can learn how to change their responses to life and create a vibrant life full of authentic expression, playfulness, connection, expansion and joy. I see all of this as a spiritual process that unfolds in layers. I believe that being attuned to ourselves is our highest calling because without it we can't connect to others, the community, our world, or the universe.

I best serve clients who have done a good amount of therapy work and are ready to go into deeper layers of transformation and embodiment. They feel like they have plateaued in normal talk therapy and are ready to get out of their heads and into their hearts. I often work with other therapists and healers; I enjoy offering a place to land where one can simply be human, feel held, and come home to themselves.
