Hello! So, you've decided to try counseling. Making that decision and taking this step requires a lot of courage. Sometimes there is fear about the counseling process but it doesn't have to be scary. Therapy is meant to be a safe place where you can explore who you are and why you do what you do. It's a place to learn how to make changes to things that no longer make sense in your life. You are actively choosing to take care of yourself and to work towards having the life and relationships you want. Click below to learn more about how you can benefit from counseling.
Meet Christina, owner of Driftwood Counseling. As a therapist with over 10 years experience, she works with individuals dealing with a wide range of issues.
